Setting an intention was a powerful part of the documentation process. I was more focused on what I was looking for while in the classroom. I also thought it was important to think of what I would need as evidence to show my learning. I used note taking as my main evidence of noticing shifts in the pedagogical core. I also liked the quiet reflection after the visitation and then the KBC format as it helps me build my thinking around others and deepen my understanding.
