Gum recessions is triggered by gingiva that bleeds easily with brushing, sometimes spontaneously. Back in France, 80% of 35-44 year olds are somewhat concerned. Many are oblivious of this disease or under estimate the risks of not treating it. Because if the redness of the gingiva is benign and inconsequential, its evolution to periodontitis may be carried out in silence and contribute to the loss of teeth. For more about Regrow Gums Tissue Naturally
What's gum recession?
Gum recessions can be a mild redness of your gums. However, it could quickly propagate into the underlying tissues and become periodontitis. These two diseases are difficult to distinguish: unlike gum recession periodontitis can't ever be cured on a unique and may have serious consequences until the loss in teeth.

Regrowing Gum Tissue Naturally

Gum recession that lasts for over a few days or boils home regularly is really a warning signal that should result in consulting your dentist.
The gum bleeds readily, becomes reddish and swollen. At an advanced stage, it can even be purplish or whitish at regions. If the teeth move, it's already periodontitis. The pain is not orderly, it could be playful since non invasive.
Can it be a common disease?
A survey completed for WHO Dental Association demonstrates that in our country, 80% of 35-44-year-olds and 50% of 15-year-old teenagers are concerned. It might sound like a lot, but that is exactly what I see every day during my own consultations.
While there has been a number of campaigns to fight against caries, the prevention of gum recession and periodontal diseases isn't yet sufficiently taken into account: a session with a dentist is vital.
Where does that redness of the gums originate from?
Gum recession is connected to the proliferation of certain bacteria. They collect early as a dental plaque, a whitish substance that readily hastens brushing. After 24-48 hrs however, if the plate is not - or poorly - removed, it hastens to form what is normally referred to as calculus, a hard and very sticky bacterial computation. Below, the bacteria proliferate and attack on the periodontal tissues.

Can Gum Tissue Regrow?

Is gum recession a sign of poor oral hygiene?
Yes, at the vast majority of instances. If the teeth are regularly brushed, with a careful technique and suitable gear, then the bacteria are eliminated. Many times, it's also a vicious circle: that the person gets sensitive teeth, some painful gingiva or bleeding, it hesitates to brush those regions and, finally, permit the redness to persist.
Which will be the guidelines of great prevention?
It will brush your teeth after each meal with a light brush to penetrate between the teeth and don't hurt the enamel. This toothbrush needs to be changed every month and, should people remember, remain for individual usage. The electric toothbrush is fun so long as the brush is tender. To perfect the cleanup, it is usually vital to use dental floss and interdental brushes of both forms and volumes adapted into the dentition.
Dentists are familiar with this particular material and can advise their patients. An exhaustive annual descaling must also be programmed all people at risk.
Is there other risk factors?
When the bacteria manage to proliferate, it is also as the immune system have been able to prevent them. Many outbreaks of gum recession and periodontitis occur after significant psychological strain such as departure, separation...

Regrow Gum Tissue

At the general level, the predisposing variables are:
- Diseases that weaken the immune system ( HIV infection( leukemia);
- Hormonal fluctuations, especially pregnancy and menopause in women;
- Some treatments ;

- A vitamin C deficiency;
- A genetic predisposition ...

Locally, the identified risk factors are the ones that promote bacterial growth and interfere with cleanup, ie, a dry mouth, a negative dental alignment, a crown maladjusted... Eventually, note that the smokers have a relatively higher risk than non smokers, related to their cigarette consumption.
Which would be the main lines of treatment?
The very first step is to wash out the whole mouth, you start with a thorough descaling, finished tooth by toothand polishing each of the faces using different pasta grains and finer, until they are perfectly smooth.
When the bacteria have penetrated between the gum and the tooth, they must be dislodged by irrigating this distance having an antiseptic solution. In the instance of periodontitis, it can be necessary to resort to periodontal surgery.
The rest is dependant on the prevention measures cited above (question 6, ed), associated with local treatment (chlorhexidine mouthwash, brushing with hydrogen peroxide and baking soda...) and sometimeseven a typical antibiotic therapy.

Gum Tissue Regrowth

What are the risks of letting gum recession evolve?
Gum recession may heal alone and remain without any consequences. However, if the bleeding is more persistent or frequent for several days and also the gingiva has changed appearance, this usually means that the bacteria are proliferating.
Gum recession could become periodontitis. This development could be relatively slow down or contribute in several months into the irreversible destruction of these tissues that support your tooth. And, unlike that which is believed, it is not just a matter old, adults and teens are as concerned as older people.
Periodontitis is also a gate way for bacteria involved with the development of general diseases such as infectious endocarditis or diabetes.
Just how would you describe the deficit in prevention?
For the dentist, this can be a delicate subject to discuss and that has a great deal of time. When the individual is not in demand, it's obviously difficult, actually putting the forms, to make him understand that he brushes his teeth defectively. You have to describe to him just how to complete, to hold out real descaling... This is a follow-up follow up.

Regrowing Gum Tissue

Some professionals prefer to devote themselves to care, particularly as these preventive consultations are remunerated as standard acts by social security. Abroad, it is not the dental surgeons but dental hygienists who are responsible for prevention.
It is crucial to discuss the issue with your dentist to benefit from his advice.
