- No governmental influence on what is broadcasted.
Convergence
- Standard digital package must include at least 30 channels.
- Broadcasting associations have to merge to offer a more clear overview of who owns what media as well as making it more manageable
Marketization
- Commercials cannot interrupt broadcasts on public channels.
