3)contribute to common good (volunteerism)- Try to help out your community the best you can. Volunteer in shelters, pick up trash around the community, and join community events.    

4) be informed- Know who the candidates are and what they believe so you can pick the best candidates for the country. 

5)participate (join a political party, etc.)- Join a charity in you local community, volunteer in your free time to help as much as you can and get to know your neighbors better.
