         <description><![CDATA[<div>On approach to the design for the animated neon sign, displayed at the top of the website page; i wanted to take hard primary evidence for my research and planning. My aim was to design a pretty realistic blinking animation that would actually look like the lights are partially broken. It creates a certain mood that gives a slight rusty and an almost abandoned and neglected feel. Along with the modern design, it follows the recent trends that often display rough beauty. As demonstrated below, i visited the websites of many artist within the same genre to show evidence of this certain recent trend</div>]]></description>
