How I spend my time online?Likely I spend 6 to 7 hours a day.

I usually use Social media to connect with my friends and family on Instagram.I

Sometimes ,I watch some TV shows and movies on Netflix and Disney plus. There had many interesting movie like Wednesday.My favorite films are 《Moon Knight》,《Heavenly Delusion》and《Titanic》.Heavenly Delusion is talking about two teenagers going to the "Heaven",the children that born there live happily but they can't go outside.

Though I know playing too much video game is not good,but I still play Roblox or Genshin impact 1 to 2 hours a day.On Saturday,I will play it for like 3 to 4 hours.

I don't think I waste too much time online,because I spend 6-7 hours a day,and 4 hours is to find things for learning mathematics,and that 3 hours is for playing and chatting my friends.

I think the impact of internet is it makes people lazier. For example, in the past, we usually search for the information we want in different books, or search the vocabulary with the dictionary. However, wiki or other information searching platforms provides almost everything, make people won't think reading books for knowledge is useful anymore.
Second of all, internet makes students, or other people lose their health. Some people stare at the screen for a long time, and the blue light hurt the eyes so much, making their eye become worse and worse day by day. Some people even became blind with this!
