         <description><![CDATA[<p>What I enjoyed most from this experience was seeing how intentionally designed videos can give students more ownership and independence over their learning. I also learned that even short, focused SEL or behavior videos can make a real impact by modeling strategies, providing reflection opportunities, and supporting students in practicing self-regulation outside of direct instruction.</p>]]></description>

I learned that combining teacher-led, online, and offline stations allows students to practice skills independently, collaborate with peers, and receive targeted support, all in one lesson. It showed me how blended learning can make SEL and behavior lessons more engaging and effective.</p>]]></description>
