This was a way of expressing themselves in which they pursued music to try and fit in with the community. He served from 1921-1923 with a focus on peace abroad and prosperity at home.<br><br>The 1920's represented a return to isolationism in regard to foreign policies and as president Harding put it, "Return to normalcy."<br>During this time period, the nation became far more xenophobic and began to closely reach the era of serious social problems both politically and economically.</div>]]></description>
