These houses in congress are the senate and house of representatives. It also includes any offices and special agencies that support the services of congress. The legislative branch has the power to draft proposed laws, has the authority to declare war, and can confirm or reject presidential nomination for federal agency heads, federal judges, and the supreme court.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

All the justices are nominated by the president and approved my the senate. There is one chief justice and eight other Associate justices. Though there are nine justices there is a minimum of six to decide on a case. There is no fixed terms for justices,  they serve for life unless there are exceptional circumstances. </div>]]></description>
