2. Original state of things is impressibility
- For example: New technology is permissible as its state the original.

3. Harm must be eliminated.
-For Example: Harm for individual or society – drug and cigarette prohibited to remove harm from society).

4. Necessities make a permissible due an excuse is invalid if it goes. 
- For example: Health insurance is allowed due to necessity , not fasting because serious sick and addictive painkillers are only allowed during times of need, not otherwise).

5. Anything that is needed to fulfill and obligation is an obligation.
- For example: Getting a job becomes Wajib if a person needs it to provide for their family which is Wajib and Whudu’ is an obligation to fulfill an obligation before pray).

Eg: A person who fulfilled the religious service but his intention was not the pleasure of God nor fulfilling His command.
2) Conviction cannot be overruled by doubt. Eg: you can't remember whether you broke your wudhu or not, you can consider that you still have the wudhu because you convince that you make the wudhu, but doubt the other things.
3) Harm must be eliminated. There's a democracy (maqasid) from the goals of the Shariah
(i) The attainment of benefit
(ii) The Shariah is denomination of harm
4) Difficulty causes the law to relax. Eg: when you can't stand to pray, then you can sit to pray.
5) Local culture is the deciding factor. Mazhab Hanafi is specifically emphasize this where they play a bigger role than any other mazhab.
