I personally don't have an amazing memory, I tend to be kind of forgetful, and when I am in a rush I sometimes forget to turn off the lights in a room or to lock the doors after I live the house. However, having a smart home saves me from going back and making sure everything is ok. I can easly turn on my special app, connected to the internet, and with it I can lock or unlock the doors, turn the lights off and on and a lot of other stuff that I could've forget about.
Another great exemple is coming from an exhausting day of school, hungry, and not having anything in your refrigerator to eat. In this case, I can order something to eat online, with 1 hour before getting home and have waiting for me warm food, even tho I live alone. How? My smart house can place an order for me and when it arrives, it has a special compartment where the delivery guy can leave the food and leave. In 2020, paying can be made online so that will never be a problem, but the compartment has a setting I can excess easily on my smartphone, and the food will be kept cold or warm until I stop it.
A smart home gives me the opportunity to turn on and off my TV as well as changing the programs and the volume of it, for when my remote suddently dissapears and I can't no longer find it anywhere or I am just too lasy to get up from the couch to get it.

The company assures you from the very begining that the security sistem is strong enough to resist a cyber virus. The existence of smart houses is quite new and if I am not wrong, the only case where someone got robbed in a smart house was because the person left the front door unlocked, witch can happen to anyone, not only the owners of smart houses.
