A few notable ones include the development of new vaccines and medications such as insulin, organ transplants and the first cloning of a human embryo. Some discoveries include the discovery of ABO blood groups, and the discovery of how white blood cells fight disease.</div>]]></description>

Apothecaries were also established  which would lead to the later development of pharmacies.</div>]]></description>
