Rules:

1. Students sit or stand in a large circle (or rows if space is tight).

2. One student starts by clapping once and turning to the next student.

3. The clap must continue around the circle without breaking rhythm.

4. To make it more fun:

   • Double clap = reverse direction.

   • Stomp = skip one person.

5. If someone misses the action, they rejoin on the next round (no one is “out” for long).

Equipment Needed:

• None (just hands and space to sit/stand).

Rules:

1. Divide students into 6–8 teams.

2. A student from each team comes forward.

3. Teacher shows them a simple word/picture (e.g., “cat,” “tree,” “house”).

4. They must draw it on paper or the board without speaking.

5. Their team guesses within 30 seconds.

6. Rotate players.

• Whiteboard or large paper

• Markers/pens

Rules:

1. Students are divided into 4–5 groups.

2. Teacher calls out a shape or number (e.g., triangle, square, 5).

3. Each group must quickly arrange themselves to form that shape or number.

4. The fastest group earns a point.

5. Continue with new shapes until time is up.

Equipment Needed:

• None (just students).

Its rules and goal are simple, easy to demonstrate. Players can take turns playing in their small groups of 3-7. Winners of the groups can participate in a final round.

Point of the game: The purpose of the game is to identify who is the imposter.

About the game: Everyone but one person who would be chosen as the “imposter” would need to describe 1 thing in the real world. For example, if we are describing about the features of a ball, we can say it is round, colourful and more. At the same time, the “imposter” tries to figure out that 1 thing and fit in by describing it and try to convince the others that they are not the “imposter”.

The students will be assigned card or animal then the person next to them will have to act it out and the others will have guess.

-> What is required to win?

To win, they need to guess the right card.

-> Why is the game suitable?

The game is suitable because it doesn’t require any running or a lot of exercise. Another reason why it’s suitable is because it’s also easily understood since the cards is a visual that can be understood and doesn’t require many instructions or language barrier.

1. Split students into 3/4 groups

2. Make them line up in one vertical row

3. Make them think of a dance move or pose that they can hold for 4 counts. The counts are 1 n 2 n 3 n 4…

4. Play some appropriate music

5. For example, person A last move must be person B first move. And then it continues till the last person.

• They must find another egg, play rock–paper–scissors.

  • Winner “evolves” → chick (flap arms), then → dinosaur (roar), then → superhero (pose).

• Only people of the same stage can challenge each other.

• Two people will become superhero and battle in a finals.

  • There is only 3 matches of rock-paper-scissors, if they tie all the matches, both become eggs and nobody wins.

• If the person looses a match, the person resets to an egg.

Or a rock paper scissors tournament, which is less messy and reduces chances of cheating

Prizes can be won e.g food etc.

Each group stand in a circle with a bottle in side.

Place the soft ball near the group of circle.

Spin the bottle and whoever it lands on goes to grab the ball.

The rest run for your lives.

The chosen players throws the ball at them and if some one gets hit they’re out.

Game continues till the last survivor.

The 6 last survivors of each groups play another round to get one winner.

RULE: no throwing at head or pushing each other.

How to play:

1) Everyone forms a circle but one person stands in the middle of the circle. That person is the splatter.

2) The splatter has to point at anyone in the circle and shout “splat!”

3) The person who gets pointed at must duck down/squat immediately. The two people who are sitting on either side of that person must turn to each other, point, and shout their (the person that they are pointing at) name.

4) Whoever has the fastest reaction and shouts the right name first, stays in the game. The person who fails, squats down and is out of the game.

5) We keep doing this until two players remain.

6) The last two stand back to back, take 5 steps away from each other. The splatter will say random words, and until they say “splat!”, the two players will spin around, point at eachother, and shout “splat!”. Whoever is the fastest to do so, wins.

2. participants will have gather in groups of the selected number

3. however, there is a time limit of 30 secs to gather in the groups

4. groups might have requirements to form. for example,

• 3 girls 4 guys

• 2 guys 2 girls

• people who fail to form groups with the correct requirements will be eliminated and the game is continued til there is 25 people left

How to Play:

1. Form lines or circles of 10–20 people each

2. The leader secretly whispers a long, silly sentence to the first person in each line/circle.

3. Each person whispers it once to the next person—no repeats.

4. The last person in each group says the sentence out loud.

5. Compare to the original for laughs.

6. The funniest (most messed up) version wins.

Option 2: Classic Charades — Scaled Up

How to Run It (Big Group Hack):

1. Divide into Teams: 10 people per team (small enough to manage turns, big enough to be noisy).

2. Explanation: Each round, the person gets a message and they need to act the message out to the people behind and this continuous. The person at the back guesses the word and the group with the closest word wins.

3. Time Limit: 1 minute per turn, strictly enforced. Rotate teams quickly.

4. Keep Score: 1 point for each correct guess within the time.

Why these works:
Multiple lines mean less waiting, more chaos, more laughter, and the game actually moves. It also requires no equipment.

• Materials: Anything simple (paper, cups, straws, tape, etc.)

• How to play: Each team has to build the tallest free-standing tower using only the given materials. The tower must stand on its own (no holding).

Cultural snake and ladders

• Materials: snake and ladder board game

• How to play: how you regularly play snake and ladders, but add a question about culture of SG and INDO before rolling the dice

Human Knot

• Materials: None

• How to play: by gender Everyone stands in a circle, closes their eyes, and randomly grabs two different people’s hands. When everyone opens their eyes, they must work together (without letting go) to untangle into a circle

Pass the Action

• Materials: None

• How to play: The first person does a physical action (e.g., clap + stomp) and the next must copy it, then add their own action. The chain continues until someone forgets, and the group restarts.

guess that sketch

• Materials: Paper/pen

• How to play: First person sees a word, relating to cultural items found in both indo & SG, and draws it. Next player adds one(seeing the word). This repeats until the last player guesses the word.

• Example(drawing is of ice kacang. Player 1 draws a bowl, player 2 draws ice shaving, etc etc until someone gets it.

  
  

  
  

In normal charades, one person acts while the rest guesses. In REVERSED charades, the roles are switched. One person guesses while the others act.

Why we think it’s a good idea:

• instead of one shy person acting, everyone is moving together

• the guesser often gets confused because many people are acting at once, which becomes hilarious and chaotic

tug of war

how to play:

-with a long rope people should be divided into two big groups equally

-with a marking on the floor, whichever group manages to pull the rope(with centre marking on it) to past the marking on floor wins

ice and water

-2 groups are up against each other, split by gender

-for round one , boys will chase down the other gender person and if the girls get tapped on shoulder (girls don’t get to catch the boys for round 1) , then they freeze unable to run (swap genders doing catching for round 2)

-they have to wait until a person from the same gender taps on their shoulder , unfreezing them , allowing them to run

-if the boys have all girls captured , freezed , then they win

-everyone from the student population will have a paper to be crushed into a ball except one person(that one person should wait for the game to begin)

-the balls will be thrown up/away from them at the same time (the paper ball should be thrown away the most far as possible

-everyone to pick up a paper ball for himself/herself , the one who can’t find any will be out

rules: no cheating , no hurtful words or doings , no violent throwing of paper balls , paper balls should be thrown properly , no violent fighting

earthquake , tree , hunter

-dividing players into “trees” and “squirrels” in a 2:1 ratio

-Next, form groups of threes where two “trees” hold hands above their heads and the “squirrel” ducks under these hands

-When the game master shouts “hunter”, the squirrels have to leave their “homes” and run to find a new home each.

-When the game master shouts “fire”, the trees have to run and cover a new squirrel.

-When the game master decides to shout “earthquake”, everybody has to run. In each round,

-the game master counts the participants down and participants who do not find a new group of three in time are eliminated

-both boys and girls will split up into groups of 6-7

-only one gender people will play at once as the rest can observe and have fun

-(if girls go first , same applies for boys) as team , the group sits down in a circle facing outwards

-with their arms locked with each other’ s arms , they should be able to get up first together and walk towards finishing line without disconnecting the human hula hoops

-the group which manages to do the following wins

-as rounds change , one round can be ankle tied together with a string , and having to walk to the finishing line without breaking apart

-and maybe one round can be no talking and having to get up and walk to the finishing line without breaking apart , and with only actions to communicate

rules: no cheating(will be disqualified) , no rough behaviour , no rude words or actions , no blaming of others

we would determine the winner by their creativity and like whether they can catch up with little interruption.

if we finish early we can do one more round.
