The Extended Essay is a 4000 word paper that students must complete to achieve diploma status. Students begin the paper in the junior year and finish in the senior year.
Mihaela I recommend having a legend outside the white table to tell what is EE, IB although you do have above what is EE. But examiner and IB is not known until you listen to all voices

For the intro as a different format maybe write down your points and background? Also if you do decided to still leave as voice speak pls not as fast. You did great on the other voices but for this Intro you were fast; and I think the intro has very important info

Regarding your concern about the subjectivity of the grading

-I understand you concern of the subjectivity of the scoring, but I would think there are some pretty standardized criteria as a part of the EE. I think you are on track with beginning an evaluation of the program due to the high pressure associated with offering IB programs.

-I am wondering if there would be any value in forming some focus groups of teachers to try to get some conversation going around the key questions. I think the final question could provide the foundation for some focus groups, and provide an alternative perspective. It would also allow you to target different sub-groups of teachers since you have 65 teachers participating. I would believe that the information gathered during focus groups could lead to strategies that you may not have yet considered.
