I was not able to register to my preferred courses because I logged in 4 minutes late. I couldn't even register to a mandatory class due to quota restrictions.

It was quite easy for me to add the courses because the server responded me fast.

This registration period was succesfull compared to previous periods. I wasable to register almost every course that I wanted

It was difficult as always, the system froze for like 6 whole minutes for me with a blank page and when it was opened most of the course quotas were full

At the end of the registration period, I was able to complete my schedule as I wanted but during the process I had to deal with many issues such as quota restrictions, endless rejection from professors etc.

Extremely hard. The Quick Add Button was not working for me and everybody filled in the slots available in the meantime.

when you register to the system in Istanbul, especially at Hisarüstü, it is impossible but this year I was somewhere else and the process was relatively smooth

No. I wanted to take literature courses but couldn't register due to quota restrictions. And to complete the necessary credit limit I had to talk to another professor the following week to explain my situation and get his consent.

I was able to take some abd not others.

I took previous language classes (due to luck), so it was easier to take the next step (201 class). However, I couldn't get the literature class that I wanted to take due to cota restrictions.

Easy. I had to sent consent to all the courses but I got the responses fairly quickly and I got into the registration page with ease.

I am very dissatisfied. For an undergraduate programme that has a lot of elective courses, this makes registration periods an ordeal.

No, I was not able to register for the courses that I wanted to take. I was just able to register to the departmental courses with ease. Other elective courses that I was planning to take either didn’t have enough quota or simply rejected my consent.

it was very difficult to log in in the first 10 minutes. the system always shuts down at first and by the time i can log in, course cotas are always full. and it’s the same for every semester so it is never easy

it was easy because we learned it before, otherwise the UI can be pretty complex for the freshman.

Generally I am not satisfied with the whole system because of the quota restrictions so it turns the whole registration system into a nightmare.

Actually, I was able to register for the courses that I wanted but it was because I needed to register for only one elective. I finished my HSS electives and I will keep taking my foreign language course. But if I had to deal with so many consent requests, I would end up in disappointment.

It was quite challenging for me because I had hard time finding electives that fit my schedule and even when I found suitable ones, it was really hard to get accepted.

I have enjoyed all the courses I have taken (and I’ve been here a long time so I took many courses from many disciplines). The registration system however, could be improved.

This system is not optimal way of registration. It is basically a race for getting the courses that you want. If you lost the race you lost our chance to take the course

No. I think BOUN should consider having separate course registration days for freshman, sophomore, junior and senior students. We should also be able to sign up for our mandatory courses.
