         <description><![CDATA[<div>The different download options that are available are Dial up, which is an analogue download at 56Kbps, ISDN (Integrated Service Digital Network) which is digital and has a speed of 128Kbps, DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) which is ADSL and downloads at 1-8Mbps and finally broadband. which is a digital download which runs at 2-100Mbps.<br><br>In 2010, 6% still used Dial-up internet, by 2013 that had fallen to 3%.</div>]]></description>
