You must keep the server a friendly community, preferably safe for children of slightly smaller ages. Nobody is allowed to be toxic in chat or otherwise; you can be reported on the Discord or here. One report will result in a warning, the second will result in losing your op status if you have it, as well as a 1-day ban. The third report will give you a 1-week ban. IF you fail to learn your lesson, you will be permabanned on the fourth.
The admins (Me, K2SO4EVER, GostKamrat in the game, otherwise known as Wyvernslayer, K2SO4EVER, and Tarantula man on the discord and Nate Simpson and BlackKnight here and in the emails. K2SO4EVER has requested to not have his email displayed.) are to be consulted if you would like a new rule to be implemented, and we will not remove rules unless it is a very just and valid reason why we should remove the rule. We are also to be consulted if you would like to make a new clan. The steps to joining a clan here are as follows:
Make a post with your in-game name, the clan you wish to be on, and your entire inventory of valuables (anything that relates to ore, ingots, or nuggets), and on top of valuables, state any custom items that you have.

As for clans, the rules are below. The winner gets 200xp while the rest get 100. The drawing is not completely luck based. Based on the clan level, amount of active players, and overall progress of the clan, they are entered into separate TIERS. The more inactive clans with not much progress have a very low chance of winning. The higher level clans (nearing 8 or 9, because the max is 10) and the ones that have a dedicated group but not a lot of the clan are unlikely to win but have a chance still. The medium level clans that have fairly active players as most of their clan and is progressed well in building and just the overall survival (never mind that we added some OOMPH to the base survival) have a relatively fair chance of winning. The clans that have a lot of active players that are progressing a superb amount have a pretty high chance of winning. This is all based on your activity and such. And remember, if a player in a clan gets banned/warned, this will affect the clan for the next drawing by moving them down by 1 tier. If the player was permabanned or did something drastic enough, then we will disqualify their clan for the next drawing.
I understand if all of that was herd to understand. So here are a few examples.
Spider Bites has had all of its clan members active, they've built a lot and some have found netherite, and all of them are trying to progress. Spider Bites has a high win chance.
Blacc Snacc has nearly no clan member active ever, and they've built jack squat (like... nothing) and the best gear in the whole clan is leather armor and stone. Blacc Snacc will very likely not win.
And the Big Bot clan had just as many active players as Spider Bites and has progressed A LOT, but someone on their team was posting very inappropriate-for-minecraft content in the discord server and has made some pixel art that isn't PG, and therefore got permabanned. Big Bot clan is disqualified and has no way to win, and will gain 50xp.
The Small Fry clan was just like Big Bot, only someone slipped up and swore in chat and was warned, but they have been doing well. They have been moved down the reasonable about 50/50 chance of winning category instead of the 80% chance category.
