1) To get 8 CL trs who had attended the flipped learning workshop to do a sharing with the CL dept
2) Get the CL trs to work in their level grouping and identify the unit which will be used (Flipped classroom)
3) Prepare pre-lesson noted based on the pupils' readiness and ability 
4) Have to guide teachers on the questioning techniques
 

Outcomes
1) P1 and P2 - at least 1 flipped lesson per semester
2) P3 to P6 - at least 1 flipped lesson per term

As we proceed to the second wave, I hope that our focus will not be on the mode of flipped learning such as videos. Rather, my department would like to conscientiously tie it with formative assessment and at the lower primary, PERI, so that teachers can see the connectedness between FA, flipped and PERI.  If I may say this, many teachers see them as discrete entities but if we can link everything together, more will see how purposeful it can be and thus be able to leverage flipped learning to help our children learn better.

In the Science Department we will provide each level at least one good flipped lesson with FA, P3 to P6.

Next, create a repertoire of good flipped lesson and encourage Science teachers to share flipped lessons that they have designed.
