         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>As we proceed to the second wave, I hope that our focus will not be on the mode of flipped learning such as videos. Rather, my department would like to conscientiously tie it with formative assessment and at the lower primary, PERI, so that teachers can see the connectedness between FA, flipped and PERI.&nbsp; If I may say this, many teachers see them as discrete entities but if we can link everything together, more will see how purposeful it can be and thus be able to leverage flipped learning to help our children learn better.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
