Each piece is there to show and invoke a specific feeling of power that can be felt in each pieces culture. Spiritually moving the artist through the culture they know and are apart of while invoking the art appreciator to feel the same power the artist feels. Feeling the spirit of the culture the art is conveying while not knowing much of the culture. They are very fascinating works of art that depict daily life, relationship with the spirit's, relationship with the physical world, and relationship with the people of the tribe. They have 
existed for longer than recorded history and have a rich history behind them. Kachina are spirits that help guide and protect people throughout their lives, as well as control the land, sky, spirit world, weather, and so much more. There are over 400 different types of spirits and each spirit is known to be formed into a doll to help educate children on who they are.They are traditionally given to children from the age of one till the age of ten. Some stand for the plants and growing season, some stand for stories of great strength and overcoming fear. The on depicted above shows Kokopelli the hunchback flute player. He is known as a great symbol for carrying seeds, bringing rain with his flute and being very helpful but also a prankster, seducing women in the tribes that he visits but also bringing great fun and new growth. He embodies the pure and spiritual connection with music as well as known to bring spring and fertility for women and bountiful growth for crops.

They belonged to Emperor Qin Shi Huang over 2,000 years ago. They were buried with the emperor after he passed so they can serve him in the afterlife. These terracotta warriors let us better understand the cultural and belief systems of early China. The sculptures represent the individual spirits that will forever defend Emperor Qin. This interesting discovery lead us to believe that Emperor Qin stopped the human sacrifices and decided with powerful looking clay warriors.  Each life size sculpture shares a general armor template but have some different pieces that determines their rank in the army. That’s not the only thing, each piece has their own facial features that individualizes each soldier. They are believed to mirror an actual warrior who lived 2000 years ago. Many have suffered some damages from over the years, but some were discovered to have retained their colors that were painted on. These soldiers were covered in blues, reds, greens and pinks. As these giant soldiers stand strong there are still many tombs and mysterious of ancient china to be discovered.

Cafes have been around in France for many years as a place for people to gather and come together. Many cafes are outdoors with round wooden table like in the painting. Most cafes people sit and socialize with family and friends and can enjoy a small cake or a sandwich along with a coffee.
