3. For some students parents are not home and they do the baby sitting for their siblings- we have to be very delicate with them as lot of going on their lives.
4.Be careful do not overload amount of work. Be caution

    I want to start off the year by building community and connections among my students. I really want to keep up discussions, but was pretty unsuccessful in the Spring with getting our online discussions to match the level of rigor and engagement as our in class discussion
