One of my favorite things about health, is there isn't usually a correct answer for health related issues across a population. Everyone's bodies and minds are unique. This poses problems without clear answers. Attached is a debate style lesson about physical education in schools. I present a problem, and let students constructively hash it out.

Constructivism is so easily applicable to my health content. Since health is already extremely relevant and applicable to every day life, it only makes sense to take a constructivist approach to my lessons. Students can work together, ask questions, complete projects, grapple with problems, and see how it all relates to them in the real world.
