I worry about the idea of change. This is always
a challenge--it takes me time to adjust and adapt to changes; to feel comfortable with this. Will I be able to make the "change " in the timeframe given?
I need to ensure I allow myself time to continue to review and reflect on new documents, planners and resources.
I need to remind myself to stop, to breath and take the time I need--this is not a race. It is about learning and growing--we all do this in different
was and paces.'
I have to remember to celebrate what I know I bring to the table, keep this while working to improve areas that are more challenging for me and need support. To do this--I can use, resources but also seek out members of the community to help me grow as I learn best through face to face discussion/observation

I need to first give myself time to continue to review and explore the new documents and resources. Building my confidence This will help to develop a more solid understanding of changes for myself.
I need to gather my questions/wonderings reach out into the IB-PYP community to have discussions with others, observe and hear how others are adapting to, and implementing change. To hear responses from other communities. This community can be within my school community with collegupges, our PYP Regional Network and IB-social media
I need to become more active on these social media platforms and more proactive in searching out opportunities to extend and support my own learning

camIe in to this course having read what had been released about the new enhancements but feeling very apprehensive about change. I was concerned that the elements I loved about the IB-PYP programme would be drastically altered. I was fearful of how I would embrace and adapt.
I find now, as we come to an end, that I am feeling much calmer and excited rather than apprehensive about change. Yes, I still have moments of anxiety, yes I have more questions--as I learn more, I wonder more--typical learner!
I appreciate the areas of the programme that have received a increased focus. I am thrilled that the digital resources and tools are easily accessible and user friendly.
I find my thinking have evolved from a nervous mindset to one which is excited an motivated to embrace and engage with the new
