You should be clear to take a lifespan perspective, drawing from the theories and concepts you have learned throughout the module, and considering how all of these continue across the lifespan and sometimes inter- generationally. You should use your presentation to showcase what you have learned throughout the module.

1. We moved to the UK as it was our family plans to, Sonny's older siblings have been here 20 years (teacher education)
2. It would have had an inevitable effect but I haven't been back to see the change
3.
4. Sonny was diagnosed at 3 years old
5. We received good mental healthcare, independent from the government. We also had support from social workers, psychologists, speech and language therapists. It took 10 months to put his special educational needs statement together. We found that once the support was stabilised it seemed it was then taken away.
6. Sonny stayed with us for 5-6 years after we moved to the UK. We put him into care, we felt we were not able to look after hims as well as professionals. I feel he needs a service where all needs e.g. personal care, health and wellbeing are met.
7. The nature of our attachment means that the situation put an emotional strain on the whole family.
12. It is difficult to say, he may have done in his own capacity. I couldn't give you a definite answer. I feel he might have felt 'discriminated' against and took matters into his own hands. In some instances he seems to have an understanding.
*Sonny's violence was completely out of character, no more violence since February 2015 when he moved to the hospital in Colchester. Sonny now goes for walks and on the treadmill and trampoline*
