It took a bit to figure out her quirky personality and that this was a way to protect herself especially early in the year. But once I got to know her a bit better we shared the looks all the time.

It took awhile for me to get to know her as she was good at getting her work done without my help. I remember that she oftentimes was all business in class, but also had a smile that could light up the room! I often asked her to consider moving up to PreAice Chem as she really showed how bright she was. She would always smile and tell me she was fine where she was. I thoroughly enjoyed having her in class!

She always brought so much spunk, laughter and sass to class and it always made my day. It was wonderful to see her personality shine, especially once she was comfortable in the class. One of my favorite things about her was the sass she gave Mr. Mango and I whenever we asked the class to do something she did not like. She will be greatly missed.

It seemed like she had a lot of fun learning about photography and working with her peers to take the photos. She didn't seem too excited at first about having to jump to capture freeze motion - but she did it anyways! This was one of my favorites from our capturing motion project!

She will be deeply missed.
