For video content, Veed.io helped us created content video by using specific prompt from our chosen topic, while Animaker allowed us to add fun animations to make the material more dynamic. To create assessments, we relied on tools like Google Forms, Live Worksheets, and Gifft.me to design quizzes, worksheets, and even interactive learning experiences. We used CapCut for audio editing and voice-changing, making sure the audio was clear and captivating. Tools like ChatGPT and Magic School were essential for generating prompts and crafting assessment questions, saving time and helping us refine the content. Finally, we used Canva to design the layout and visuals of the eBook, ensuring it looked professional and easy to navigate. Each tool brought something unique to the project, helping us create a well-rounded and engaging eBook.

Using AI tools for this project was an eye-opening and rewarding experience. It was exciting to explore so many different platforms and see how each one could make the work easier and more creative. We learned a lot, not just about the tools themselves but also about how AI can transform the way we approach projects like this. From designing to editing and creating assessments, AI tools helped us work smarter and faster. Of course, there were challenges by figuring out how to use some of the tools effectively took time but it was worth it because it pushed us to be more creative and flexible. Overall, it was not just about completing the project; it was about gaining new skills, broadening our knowledge of AI, and realizing how much potential these tools have to make learning and teaching more innovative and enjoyable.

6. What did you learn from using Al tools in this project, and how might it influence your future use of Al in educational settings?

Using AI tools in this project showed how it can boost our productivity and creativity by aiding us in generating ideas, organizing content, and saving time. However, the importance of human oversight became clear to ensure accuracy and relevance. AI works best as a support tool, not a replacement for critical thinking.

In the future, AI could help personalize learning, create engaging materials, automate tasks like grading, and analyze data to improve teaching. Its role will be to enhance, not replace, teaching, with a focus on ethical use and student success.

We ran across a couple difficulties when we were using AI tools to write text for my eBook. Making sure the results matched the goals and vision of our project was a major challenge. We usually had to manually edit or rewrite parts because the AI-generated results did not always properly reflect the tone or style we were going for. Even though AI techniques greatly accelerated the process, human inspection and their point of view thus their perspective were still necessary to guarantee the content's validity and accuracy.

4. How did you select the media (text, images, audio, videos) for your eBook, and what factors influenced your choices?

We used a deliberate approach while choosing the content, photos, audio, and video for my eBook. We thoroughly considered how each form of media would improve the reader's experience and add to the content's overall effect. For example, pictures were used to draw attention and enhance visual understanding, while text was used to give details and further explanations. We thought about adding audio or video to enhance the story in situations when emotional connection or interaction was essential in order to catch our students’ attention. In aspect of our selection of media, it was affected by multiple things. The main factors taken into account were each medium's applicability to the topic at hand and its capacity to successfully deliver the desired message. In order to maintain the content's accessibility and engagement, we also took the target audience's tastes and wants into consideration. Last but not least, our choices were influenced by the technological viability of incorporating different media formats into the eBook in order to make it comfortable, worth and reliable for the readers. We learnt from this process that, even while AI tools and a variety of media might be very effective, creating content that has meaning and impact still requires a human touch.
