The Altitude of the Sahara is 47 degrees Celsius or 116.6 Fahrenheit.
The latitude is important because it say when on the earth it is. The Sahara is near the equator where it is the most warm and hot. Altitude is important because it tells how high you are on the earth. the higher you are the colder. This effects the biome because of how hot cold and placement of it.

The Topography for the Sahara is interesting. The Sahara has been changed because of the wind making dunes. Some area of the Sahara has more moister than other and has a little plant life. The heat of the day cause is hard for animal life to burrow underground to escape the hot day and come out during the coolness of the night. The insolation of the Sahara is extremely hot because of being near the equator and no rain caused by rain shadows.
