Learning and development in HR demands expertise and plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic growth in order to enhance organisational efficiency. However, this strategic influence is often overlooked. I see Leadership, Management, and HR as an "unholy trinity"distinct yet deeply interconnected.

Their seamless integration is crucial for driving success in an ever-evolving world. This is why incorporating generative AI is essential for optimising efficiencies. As Dave Ulrich suggests, HR professionals can enhance clarity and confidence by leveraging AI to advance HR functions. Rather than scepticism, we should embrace AI as a tool for strategic improvement.
