1. Should we focus first in making the first chapter successful and stable before we launch another one instead of rushing another launch because we need to launch by a certain time ? As we say in loyalty , it costs most to acquire a customer than to retain one. If we have happy customers , the membership will grow through positive word of mouth. Then launching a second one would be easier. Do we have case studies on this ?
