The United Way was having a holiday auction and my grandmother and I were in charge of selling Omega Airline tickets. After awhile, I had the hang of dealing with larger bills and at the same table there was a lady selling pets calendars. When my grandmother and the lady left, I also had to sell a calendar as well as four airplane raffle tickets. I was a little nervous just because I wanted to make sure i put the money in correct place. Then, they came back and told me I did everything correctly and I was proud.While I was there, it wasn't a busy day but I enjoyed being there with other people instead of being in my room, on my phone. Later that day, my grandmother told me that they wanted me back next year and instead of selling the airplane raffle tickets, they were going to let me sell the small basket tickets and that is a busier job.
