         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Red Army marched upwards towards Western China, in the direction of Gansu. To do this, they passed through many Grasslands -  deadly bogs and swamps with no trees or grass.  Just wet flat land in which would make people sink into the bogs. This was a hard journey because thousands of troops were lost.</div>]]></description>
