Would have loved for the kids' committee meeting to go ahead but it was hard to get everybody there at the same time

We could have used more volunteers, particularly to cover for people who were sick :/

The flower in cardboard activity looked amazing and the kids were all carrying it around during the afternoon. Great idea!

Scavenger hunt was extremely popular. All of the sheets were taken and we needed to get people to return them so we could re-use them. It was a great way to get kids into the garden space and exploring

There were too many people in the middle of the day to safely manage the fire. We waited until later in the afternoon and it was much better. Best to plan it as the final activity

Welcome desk worked well to orient people to the space and count attendance

Plan preschool and younger kid activities for morning, much better for families with younger ones and that's when the stroller parking was full
