On the first day of March 16, I started my internship by meeting with the Human Resource of Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort, Ms. Shafika. She started the session with a briefing about the internship, the background of Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort and explained the departments in this resort.

On the third day of March 18, my shift started at 2 pm to 10 pm. On that day, Mr. Sabri, the f&B manager, explained to me that this month, f&B will offer a breaking fast menu to customers who want to break their fast there.

On March 17, my second day of internship. I was called by Ms. Shafika to be taken to see the Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort area along with several other internships. We visited the punch card area that would be used to mark our arrival every day then we were taken to the kitchen area where the food was cooked besides we were also taken to the Front Office, security guard hut, sales and marketing department, recreation area, housekeeping office and finally the F&B place where I would be intern here.

The next day I also went to the intern from 2pm to 10pm. This was because I had to manage the Ramadhan buffet made by the resort. That day Mr. Sabri taught me several tools used for setting the dining table that would be used by future customers. For example, Mr. Sabri showed me how to place tissues and spoons and forks on the table correctly. He also introduced several different types of spoons and forks and knives.

On the fifth day, my shift is again from 2pm to 10pm because of the Ramadan buffet. Today I need to take tools such as bowls, plates, glasses, spoons, forks and I use the trolley provided to take these tools. On the sixth day, March 21, I was still on shift from 2pm-10pm because of the Ramadan buffet. Today I learned to set the food to be served to customers. On the eighth day, March 23, I had a shift from 9am-5pm to distribute the resort promotion with Ms. Shafika as Human Resource Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort, in Bandar Baru Pasir Puteh with several other internships. We slipped in front of the car viper with the aim of letting the residents of Pasir Puteh know about the promotion we were doing.

On March 26, which is the eleventh day of my internship, I entered the evening shift, which is from 2pm to 10pm, but on that day the staff there taught me to make water to be provided to customers who would come during iftar. There are 5 types of water that will be provided, such as water using 3 types of sugar and water using 2 types of milk. Among the milk water such as tea ice, milo ice, and so on, for sugar water such as red asam boi, white asam boi, strawberry, bluemint, orange, and lemon.

On the fourteenth day, March 29, my shift started in the morning, from 9am to 10pm. Because of that, I was told to pick up the items that were wiped and cleaned by the staff there. That morning, I went back and forth several times to pick up all the items.

Then I took the ingredients to make enough to use for the customers. After finishing wiping the plates and all the staff there said that usually there will be a few people who check in, usually there are non-Muslims, so we must receive some room service and have to move the room to another room.

On the thirteenth day, March 28, I entered the evening shift, which is from 2pm to 10pm. On that day, I went in and immediately took the items that needed to be wiped and cleaned in the kitchen. Then I and several staff wiped and cleaned the plates and set the tables for customers to eat. After that, we made water together to drink and put the water in the right place.

On the fifteenth day of March 30, I went into the morning shift, which was 9am to 5pm, because on that day, Ms. Shafika told us to go into the Eid recording to promote the Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort resort on TikTok, Facebook and various other applications to attract customers to come to the resort.

On the fifth day of Eid, the 20th of the month, I went to work on the evening shift again. I was in the Eid mood again but I had to work. Today, for the last banquet, the resort held a buffet for Eid and was called the Raya Open House. There were three menus, menu 1 costing RM68 per pax, menu 2 costing RM78 and menu 3 costing RM88.

On the 21st day of our internship at Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort, we received a catering order for 400 pax to be served to guests. At that time, I had to prepare the hall handle and ensure that the catering was completed successfully.

After that, I was also asked by Mr. Sabri to help the staff prepare for the Hari Raya Aidil Fitri celebration for the resort staff tomorrow.

On the 25th day of the internship, which is April 9. I am on the evening shift today and I have to go deliver food to guests who ordered by phone. First of all, I have to take the food from the kitchen then I have to bring the balance to give the balance to the guest.

On the 24th day of my internship, I started the evening shift again. That day, I had to install the cloth on the tables and chairs that were arranged yesterday. Today, I installed it with a staff member, Shafik. Shafik taught me how to install the cloth correctly so that it doesn't sag and looks attractive.

On the 31st day of my internship, I started the morning shift, which was from 7am to 2pm. I had to handle breakfast, then I had to wipe and clean all the dirt on the equipment that had to be used and had to put all the equipment that would be used in the place provided. After finishing, I sent orders to the rooms and took orders by phone and face to face with customers who were eating at the cafe.

Today I went into the evening shift and Mr. Sabri asked me to help Shafik arrange 150 chairs for the event that was going to be held. I arranged the chairs and after I was done I then put cloth on the chairs so that they looked more beautiful and organized. Then I was also asked by Mr. Sabri to arrange 8 VIP chairs and place them in front of the other chairs.

Today I have the evening shift and today I have to promote the newly launched food so that guests know it is interesting and can increase sales. I have to record videos and also I take food to promote on Facebook and Tiktok Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort. After finishing taking the videos and pictures I continue to edit and upload the edited results and as a result I got praise from Mr. Sabri.

Today I have the evening shift and today I have to prepare 1 VIP table in the VIP room by the cafe. I have to arrange the table and chairs. After that I have to put cloth on the chairs and table. After that I have to put plates and glasses on the table.

We have to manage the tea break for the group before that we bring food for the tea break and drinks to entertain them. After finishing delivering the food and clearing the food, we headed to the cafe where they had lunch at the cafe.

Me and the staff and Mr. Sabri also helped to prepare the hall that will be used on April 28th, which must be prepared immediately. After finishing, we returned to the cafe and continued working again.

In the seventh week, my first day was the evening shift and today I had to wipe the glasses and plates for use tomorrow, weeding 700 pax of food, I was also helped by several staff. After finishing wiping all the necessities and being sure that there was enough for use tomorrow, Shafik and I went to the Sri Aman Ballroom and put all the wiped equipment in the available place.

Today I entered the middle shift with Shafik, which is 9am to 5pm, which is dedicated to handling the event and is assisted by several staff members, including the security guard. There are 5 dome buffets provided for VIPs while the rest have to serve themselves. After the side dishes or rice are finished, we first tell the kitchen so that the kitchen can come and add more. Today I entered the morning shift and today my job was to take care of the waiter to take promo cards for breakfast. That day I got some sales for children and adults. For an adult RM28 and a child RM18. After finishing breakfast I was asked by Mr. Sabri to wipe and put all the equipment in the available place.

Today, April 30, I entered the evening shift. Today, Mr. Sabri asked me to help Shafik set up the Sri Mas hall which will be used for group meetings. This time, we have a U-shape arrangement. This is because the group this time is not very large and they want it easy to discuss. After finishing setting up the Sri Mas hall, we returned to the cafe.

Today I am on the evening shift and come in at 2pm until 10pm today there is no event and setup for the hall. Today I only take orders and deliver food that is ordered and wants to be made room service. There are several room service orders and at the same time while delivering the food we collect back the plates that the guests left outside the door.

Today Mr. Sabri asked me to help the staff to arrange the tables and chairs in the Sri Permai hall because there is a group that will be holding a discussion here. Here I learned to arrange the chairs and tables in a classroom arrangement. There are 25 tables and each table must have 3 chairs and one table for the host.

Today I am on the evening shift and that night there is a group that ordered BBQ for their group and my job is to serve drinks to each of them. Apart from that I also have to add more if the BBQ is not enough in the buffet.

Today, I along with several F&B staff had to manage the farewell and awards ceremony from SMK Jeram Pasir Puteh Kelantan. This was because the teachers there were holding a lunch and an awards ceremony for the students for excelling in the last SPM examination.

Today I am on the evening shift and I was assigned by Mr. Sabri to manage the lunch buffet that was ordered by the group that ordered the Sri Permai hall at the same time as lunch at the cafe. That made me and a few other staff members have to manage it. If it's a side dish or a cake, we have to call the kitchen to add a side dish and the kitchen will deliver it.

Today I am on the evening shift and I was assigned to Cik Sabri to arrange the equipment and set the table with tissues and forks and spoons that will be used for eating by guests who will order ala carte and which will be used for tomorrow. Today, May 25, 2025, a gotong-royong activity was carried out in the area around our resort. This program started at 8.00 am and was participated by all staff with high enthusiasm. The main purpose of this activity was to clean the surrounding area and foster a spirit of cooperation between colleagues.
