Smartphone now has become an important tool to make out a call. Developing good telephone etiquette is essential nowadays as the field of telecommunication is involving lightning fast. We can develop an effective a good telephone skills by training our conversations skills, thinking before making a calls,  and greeting at the beginning of every calls.So, the question is, how do we develop a good telephone etiquette?

        First of all, we should control our tone when making a calls with another. We ought to talk properly while talking in phone. For instance, do not use aggressive, anxious, or pushy tone to make sure the messages pass on to the receiver. Apart from controlling our tone, we can also repeat important messages before ending the calls.

         Moreover, we should organize our language during conversations to avoid interruptions during conversations. For example, eating or talking to another person while you are on the phone.


         Greeting at the beginning of the call is crucial as well. Always state your name and begin a call with greetings such as "Hello", "Good Morning" and so forth and state the purpose of the calling to let the receiver to identify the who is the caller and his purpose. After that, asking the receiver whether he or she is in a comfortable situation, place and time to receive a call.
