I make a conscious effort to not be racist (intentionally or not), but with implicit bias, subconsciously, I may act with racist actions unintentionally.  My past experiences, beliefs, and even my perception of society can affect my implicit bias, my subconsciousness, and my mostly antiracist ( I think so) image of myself.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My thinking shifted because of my realization that not many people are hearing both sides of the story, something that is imperative to forming an opinion.  It is a way for new problems to arise when there is one prevalent train of thought in society.  To be exposed to only one side of an argument is something that should be combated and a push to learn multiple sides to an argument and to form individual opinions should be something that is fought for.</div>]]></description>
