- the first is the factor that Yandex is not a monopolist yet, there is a lot of competetors like Wolt, Glovo in food delivery. And Uber, Indriver in taxi.

- the second is the external factor is politics. The Yandex company is founded in Russia with whom we right now have good relathionship, but in the future it may be banned to improve the IT market of Kazakhstan.

⁃ the first one is the services is not stable within the prices of taxi during the traffic jams, so people would prefer other taxi services.

⁃ The second is the services could be not trustworthy sometimes cuz of taxi drives, delivery people and others.
