It took me a while to snap back to reality when you said you were leaving. It was difficult for me to confront the idea that our time together is over and that I won't be able to work with you anymore. I wasn't ready for this. You have taught me what it means to really do the grind and the importance of knowing your worth. I'm grateful that throughout my career I was able to meet you. I got to witness how passionate you are about what you do. You empower people to improve and make sure we level up while you do. You always made sure we were recognized for our hard work even if people fail to recognize yours. Eventually, I understood why you're leaving and I am looking forward to seeing your future successes. The moment I knew that you were leaving PNB, hindi ako na shock (or nasa in denial period pa lang ako hahaha) kasi I know that this day would come, pero not this early hahaha. I was so proud and happy that you’re leaving PNB. I know how hard it is on your part to continue working here, but hey you endured that and I’m proud of you.

This is not an end but a start of a more meaningful friendship. Maybe it would kick-in sa first day na hindi na kita ka work hehe. Cheers for all the experiences and hardships we experienced together. During those times, your grit and true character showed. And I’m honored to witness it.

Honestly, i was surprised of your decision to leave PNB but i do understand and respect your decision. At my age, I have learned that change is really the constant value in life.
