<title>I think it is fair because the 9 individuals pick who is right. It is fair because they must choose which person followed the constitution. Sometimes it might not be fair because one person could of followed the constitution but didn&#39;t serve a good arguement to prove their point.</title>

<title>I think it&#39;s not the fairest system the could have and maybe they should have a lower standered and should all come a agreement everybody agrees about not just five people. The supreme court might be structured this way because then there are multiple people who decide whether or not this case is important enough so then it&#39;s not one person doing all the work and power. If it only was one person they could possibly end in a bad result. </title>

<title>no i think it should be like a lower level court where every one has to agree for the case to be closed and they cant stop until they all agree. i think the court is this way so cases dont last months and they ca get to the next case</title>

<title>I think it&#39;s fair because these people know what they are doing and were chosen by the president, they also listen to a lot of different people which makes there opinion less likely to be bias. There opinion might not be fair if they aren&#39;t open minded towards both sides of the argument. </title>

<title>Yes this it is fair. The reason this is fair is because they are all professionals that the president picks. Also they don&#39;t just choose by themselves they take information from other people and what they think. </title>

<title>No I think it isn&#39;t fair. I think that they should all come into an agreement whether the case should continue or be closed. The supreme court might be constructed that way because they don&#39;t want cases to be longer then what they should be.</title>
