At the day-to-day learning level, I hope there will be a published syllabus periodically and results shared with parents on a more frequent basis (for instance a similar format to Khan Academy, which provides progress and results for each learning modules). Also we should look at the effectiveness of the current report cards for lower grade and the FLG meetings. Sometimes it is hard to pinpoint the smaller details: As a parent, I liked the "Long Term First Grade Plan" that was submitted as part of the evidence for B.1.a. It is true that not all learners learn at the same pace, but would a document like that be available for each grade and accessible to parents? The challenge is the execution of the vision and mission. Need to find effective way to get parents involved while not adding more work to the teachers.
