I have loved the individual work groups (like the 536 group) I just feel like we made great connections, progress and build a lot of camaraderie all workig toward streamlining that class with its sister course.

In addition, program improvements (e.g., course re-designs, MOI discussions, Zoom protocol/expectations, and efforts to otherwise get everyone on the same page) have felt fruitful.

I feel more connected to this team then the supervisor team. They feel like different groups, and purposes and I dont feel like they should meet together..... however sharing the info between would those two groups would help. Linda leads that meeting. Just share a brief or notes between you.

We had a good convo earlier about setting baseline expectations for 536, uniform expectations for Zoom cameras, etc. This would be a great larger convo for baseline expectations for all classes that we can agree upon (grading, participation, work expectations, etc.). While maintaining autonomy for instructors as a priority, the more we can agree upon and have common across classes, the better it is for students to navigate, understand expectations, and stay on top of coursework.

I feel like we are missing a data brief. I would love to have a semester data chat. Number of SSP canadates, total and each subject (and compared to previous 2 years) Number of Interns. Number of incoming applicants? TPA passing rates for C1 and C2, total and each subject. Maybe data on Grads? Number of grads Hired from last years cohort? Ect ect ect....

I was in a Credentials Advisor meeting this morning, and it was asked in which classes we are explicitly covering "professionalism" with students. There are increasing issues with professionalism (i.e. do not share a personal email or phone, avoid hugging students (?), dress professionally, etc.). Do we cover this explicitly? Does it need to be in 530 or 255? Maybe it is?
