I find that certain regions struggle with poverty, health care differences/lack there of and food scarcity which can take a toll on a country's state. Malawi is at a clear disadvantage as shown with the life expectancy and dependency load data. Knowing this information, it is startling to see the difference in birth rates where Malawi has a larger birth rate.

Birth Rate - A higher birth rate entails that a country has a younger population which can determine the impact on workfores, social services, basic necessities as well as economic growth.

Dependency load - Identifies those who aren't of working age. High load can put a strain on basic necessities and resources as these people would rely on the workforce to provide but if they decline, then this can impact stability of all fields (healthcare, economy etc...)

Life expectancy - High life expectancy would include impacts on health care as there would be more elderly people to treat which could result in more deaths. This would also mean a larger elderly population meaning long term services might be affected such as spots in elderly homes that would fill up leaving many without homes and people to take care of them.
