Dear SongThrong, 

I am a current customer of yours and had been a subscriber for two months now. Recently, I had noticed that the service had been out for at least part of the time on 12 separate days last month, and I would like to require a full refund as this is not what I paid for. 

I had prepaid the full one year of service which is  $119.88 and I felt that with the service constantly unavailable to be used, I am justified to get a full refund for the lack of service. As evidence that this had happen, I had included screenshots of the website being “Unavailable” to be used.  

It would be greatly appreciated if you could check over my account which is @tripleA87 to inspect my account for any problems. If not, please make a full refund to my Visa debit card 1764837659876453 by this month.
