To perform this sport better using knowledge of forces, the athlete needs to improve by using as much force as they can when hitting. The harder and faster you hit, the more the opponent will begin to move back or fall over, which allows the opportunity to win a match quicker and more effectively. Next, when they hit a weak area of a person with a heavy force, they have more ability to make more moves and take them out quicker.
