But when the baby doesn't pay any attention to him, Little Critter wonders what good a baby is.
Teaching Idea: Ask parents to email you a digital photo of their child as a baby. Ask parents to also share a fun fact about their child as a baby (for example: liked to hear lullabies, loved to ride in the car, etc.). Put all of the photos in a slideshow and play the slideshow on a big screen for the class. As each photo appears, share the fun fact about that baby, and let the class guess which baby photo belongs to which classmate!- oceanhousemedia.com

Little Critter had lots of trouble and fun while at the beach.
Teaching Idea: Plan a trip to the beach! This can be a real field trip to a local beach or an imaginary trip to the beach (you could turn your classroom into a “beach” for a dramatic play experience). Use your mobile device to plan for the trip. Look up beaches on a map application, schedule your trip in a digital calendar, research the weather and water temperature online to make sure you all dress appropriately. Take pictures or video when you are at the beach (real or imaginary beach) and organize them in an online album or post them to a class blog! - oceanhousemedia.com
