Students, who learn technical writing, would have various job opportunities in numerous fields. However, in Pakistan it has been a lesser known ability but is fortunately going to get recognized in these and coming days. Students with such skills can get employment in software companies, electronic and print media with well attracted salaries. The duty of technical writers is to develop reports and user guides etc. However, with the progress of internet and social media in the recent years, developing countries like Pakistan also realized the importance of technical writing to communicate within and across the countries; so in this scenario technical writing has become an important factor to progress in any organization. Thus, in developing counties like Pakistan, technical writing is a dire need and it performs a valuable job. The most important requirement for the technical writer is to know the needs of the reader. And, the foremost need of a reader is to be able to understand the written message easily, so the message must be in a simple language instead of having any flowery and stylish or rhetorical expression. So the writers should avoid larger and inappropriate messages. In this larger context, technical communication:
Enhances relationship
Enables readers to act
Occurs within a community
Is interactive
Has definite purposes
Is appropriate
 Communication is always interactive and the people exchange their ideas, views, knowledge, information, observations, experiences and facts for certain special purposes. Communication is not one way process which can create communication hurdles rather it is a two way process. Thus, the writer of a technical writing should use interactive mode of expression as he will also have to receive response of his communication.
