1. I chose a brownie recipe that sounded very good to me and I am trying something new because I have never made brownies from scratch before.

2. I am actually really excited about this project because I am filming something that I enjoy baking and cooking and now I get to show that through my work.

3. There are 3 very important points that I want this video to make. The first important point that I want this video to make is that you can show a long process and something that usually takes a very long time in just 90 seconds. Second, I want this video to prove the point that you can easily make brownies from scratch with a better result than from a box. The third point I want it to make is that brownies are the best pastry.

4. I want my audience after watching this video to be hungry and inspired to go make something for themselves.

5. I want my audience to remember how to make these brownies because people always make them from the box, me included and they should try something new.
6. See photo

7. I want my film to be 90 seconds long or I want it to be a lot like the last project and make it around 1 second per clip for around 40 videos. I liked how my last one turned out, so I would like to try it again

8. I am sure that I can pull this off and am excited to get started in the process.

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Lightly spray an 8x8 baking dish (not a 9x9 dish or your brownies will overcook) with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper. Spray the parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and salt.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, water, and vanilla.

Sprinkle the dry mix over the wet mix and stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan (it'll be thick - that's ok) and use a spatula to smooth the top. Bake for 40 to 48 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs attached (note: it's better to pull the brownies out early than to leave them in too long). Cool completely before slicing.*** Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. These also freeze well!

1. This 3rd week I think was the best for me so far. I think it is because I know what I am doing better and I was able to do it a lot faster even though it was a longer project. I really enjoyed baking while doing this, it made it more fun. Something that was challenging was fitting my super long baking process into only 90 seconds. A lot of the stuff that i did required some time, so it ended up being hard trying to cut down on the amount of time that I was making my movie. I think Mr. Burr did everything great this week by making it clear what needed to be done and providing examples for us to look at and go off of.

2. The most valuable thing that I learned this week is that you can capture anything that you want and edit it to make it look appealing. You can take the most simple things and turn them into cinematic experiences and things that people could really enjoy watching. I know this first hand with cooking because a lot of the videos that I watch regularly are of people using short clips to tell a story of cooking. You can also learn a lot through videos like this and can be taught things even through short clips.

3. I thought my storytelling was great. I think that the viewer can easily see what I am doing and follow along. i think I did really good on this project because I think that I emulated a lot of the videos that I normally watch on cooking and I think that those are very good and appealing. Something that went well was being able to get a good recipe, one that I had never tried and made something very good out of it. Another thing that I think I did good was making a variety of the length of the different shots. Something that I could have done better is plan my shots because I forgot some things that I wanted to put into the movie and that I could not go back on. Overall I think I did a great job and had fun.
