-We know how to work in groups

-We want to make sure that is going to work our project

limitations:
-We don't want to put anyone in a bad situation so we don’t like giving orders to the group. We just want to make sure everyone is comfortable, etc 

-stubborn
(Really hard to change my opinion if I have this idea in mind for a long time for example) 

-We need to listen others opinions even if we don’t agree, we need to decide if we are going to listen to the group or our own ideas

must know:
-Friendship and our social life is really important, we kind of “depend” on our friends, etc

2-Maybe there are times in which because the group does not agree with my idea, I do things in which I would not do if I was by myself.

Fast paced, disciplined, proactive, and always full of effort.

2. What are limitations of your group?
Impatience,  demanding on themselves and others, bossy, and have a lot of pressure on themselves and put pressure on others.

3. What do people from the other directions or styles need to know about you so you can work together effectively?
- We expect a lot from ourselves and others and people should understand that we should always give our best, making us demanding and bossy;

- We plan a lot and don't start until we are absolutely ready

Limitations:
-We are very stubborn

-We only think about the goal rather the process

-We like to be leaders

-We miss learning from the process while we think on the goal.

What do people from the other directions or styles need to know about you so you can work together effectively?

It is important to understand that we are very objective and don't like to mess around, the goal is extremely important, if we achieve it and we did it well, thats all that matters.
