In order to change the camera to Shutter Speed Priority, you had to turn a dial on the left side of the camera to where it shows a small s by holding down a button in the center of the dial as you turn it. You leave it on the "S" to make it Shutter Speed Priority.
2. The slower the shutter speed it seems that they really show the motion of the person. More of like a ghostly and bright pictures where the person is seen in motion. With faster shutter speeds its like if the person in motion is frozen in motion and then the picture is taken. 
3. You would want to use it in situations like if you want to capture the motion of a car zooming by you would use a slower Shutter Speed to really show it in motion, and if you want to capture the car zooming by, but you want to capture the car itself you would use a fast shutter speed so its as if the car is frozen, but really its zooming by.]]> 2018-09-07 18:36:35 UTC https://padlet.com/144002332/p84fvobx6y5x/wish/278984907
