2)i always have to try my best to meet customers needs which means i have to speak clearly and ask questions which develops my communication.

3) i am able to speak clearly and communicate well with customers.

4) i could start to create general conversation with customers as a when it is right to do so.

1)I joined a course where i didn't know anyone so i had to use my communication skills to make friends.
2)i also had to use my communication skills to find my classes as im new to the college and had no idea where im going.
3) i found this difficult when i first started but after my first week i settled in and found this a lot easier.

1) i helped my friend through a very hard time once at college when she was upset, and i was able to calm her down and get her to smile.

2)i was able to let her get all her emotions out and calm down without getting her more upset.

3)i was able to help my friend heal and get over the situation.

1)i had to work as a team, to plan and create a lesson for the direct entry’s kids. this helped me a lot with my teamwork as i worked with people in my class to make a lesson.

2) i also worked in a team with the teachers that was there as we told them what we wanted to do with them to make them enjoy there lesson.

1) i worked in a team to run the colour run as we ran as a team and tried dodging the colour that was getting on us.

2) we ran round in a group and we communicated when we was running past the colours as when and when not to run, to try not get hit with the colours.

1) i was able to support my grandma when my grandad was in the hospital ill and i was able to make her smile and feel okay in that hard situation.

2) i stayed with her while he was in the hospital and got her out the house.

3) i also helped her out when he came out the hospital so she didnt get overwelmed.
