Empowered and Enriched!

The past two days have been so empowering and I’ve truly been enriched. God has once again shown just how faithful He is to us in Elevate Z. My deepest prayer is that every teacher will truly receive each word into their spirit, allowing those words to grow within us. May we never forget our identity in Elevate Z, and may we never take any event or ministry for granted.

Elevate Z will continue to grow, both in Quality and, of course in QUANTITY! We will never forget how God has led us to this day and we will always remember our roots.

I’m so excited for what’s to come for our church, because I believe we’re headed for even greater heights!

In past 2 day traning, I learned how to treat children correctly. When we think from their perspective, we can better understand the child's heart and quickly solve the child's problem. In addition, don't blame the child blindly. A simple thank you will make you feel relieved.

At the same time, I know that when we are worshipping and praising the Lord, He has come to our side and given us strength to make Newkidz, Legend and even Elevent Z better, so that more people can come back to draw closer to God.

-A need to go deeper in my teaching of life lessons rather than just the surface bible stories.

- Learned communication and connections are 2 main keys in every segment of our weekly program to ensure a seamless central truth for the day. Auntie Clarine -thanks for the stop n show during the Sat session. Amanda, thank you for your humility to learn first hand from the sifu infront and together with us. That was training worth a million!

-I enjoyed the breakout sessions with different age groups and then our own groups for serious brain storming of challenges and solutions- yeah- looking forward to parents seated with kids and the new take home name tags! Am ever daring to try new strategies to give us more connection times with kids/teens.

Still digesting and reflecting on the 2 days training!!! And of course always grateful for every God encounter moments!

Level Up

Team teaching has gone many level up with better communication between stage, sound, live feed. I learnt ways to connect with audience when taking the stage, briefing time is more than running thru the program. It’s about precision time to come on that gives a ‘punch line’ . Pay attention during briefing bcos each plays an important role. Must be purposeful to link every part of program to central truth- the from rotten egg.. new life to Jesus died and risen.

An avenue to sort out admin and issues. Every age group given solutions.

A getaway bond us. Work on our Quality and Quantity will come

We know the tiredness is real—but don’t let it take away your passion. Im important, and what i matters .

Value doesn’t come from what you have or how perfect things look. It comes from who I am and pour love into every child, every day. Be kind .

Children are a priority in the kingdom of God. Believe in them, value them, and take joy in guiding them—not based on performance, but on purpose, serve with humility, love, and consistency.

Auntie Clarine had emphasized that people may say you are not good enough, but don’t let that define you. Life is full of ups and downs—like a seesaw, like a yoyo. As the saying goes, don't let other measure you ,let God measure you.

Old testament also play a significant role with new testament. Just as the older and younger generations need to walk side by side, so must stories of the past and present be united. So everyone is God creation, is matter！

From the very first session that we looked at the passages about “Who is the greatest in the kingdom of God” to the unplanned prayer break out and last session on discipleship, it was a reinforcement of our identity as InTouch before and Elevate Z now to look up to God, reach out, and reach in as well.

One thing that I really learned and wanna practice is to look through and into the lesson each week to the Pre Teenz. Must be “deep” and beneficial for them to apply it in their daily life . I can do it because I have the Holy Spirit to guide me through . So…. Pray !

Thank God for the fun filled yet impactful training. I learnt that we cannot all do great things but we can do small things with love. Better choose to be the “one” person to show others that they matter than tearing them down. We need to protect the children - Matthew 18:6 talks about the serious of God towards causes little ones to sin. Training children the wrong ways or not training them are both wrong. Don’t stumble the little ones. May God lead all of us deeper in Him & gives us wisdom to apply the skills we learnt in Newkidz….

The past two were really full of knowledge, It's a bit complicated for me because of the language but I'm still learn a lot!

Especially when AC said that we can't use a fun plan to keep the youth, but we need to use all the teacher to keep them. Through this talk, I decided to interact more with all the youth! Build a connection with them!

The second that impressed me so much was the anointing section on the first day. I really feel that God wanted to keep me. Don't let me go anyway. What a warmest feeling😢
