I am a Kindergarten Teacher. I'm a fairly new educator who believe my educational philosophy is equal opportunity education. I believe this is my philosophy because every child deserves the same opportunity no matter the situation at hand. Equal opportunity should be available for every student, we have seen this issue arise within school systems many times, and my plan as an educator is to make sure that it doesn't happen much longer. As an educator it's my job to make sure that I provide world class education to every student that is within my care. My classroom environment will be welcoming, and I will make sure that the student and the parents are comfortable with being in my care. I'm currently completing my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education at University of Phoenix. I have always felt the need to take care of children and make sure that they are given the attention that is needed. I plan to own my own daycare and provide services to all families who are in need. My education is allowing me to learn many strategies in which I can use within my classroom and also with being able to understand that every child is unique in their own way. My technique will be best described as supportive, transparent, and allowing my students to have their voice within the classroom. Parent to Parent: This center is for parent and families it provides emotional support. It give other children an opportunity to find others to bond with.


The M.o.r.g.a.n Project: Involves communities and give families a way to come up with goals. It allows them to understand their disability.


The Arc North Carolina: Provides financial assistant with medical bills and also gives support to families and children.
